A few nights later it was Nick’s, Masie’s boyfriend, birthday bash. We were going to have dinner then head out to go salsa dancing.

He stilled. I definitely had his attention now. Besides, I knew we needed pure, clean fun with our friends. We needed to remind ourselves why we loved being together again, like how it had been before.

He breathed into my neck, teeth grazing on my tender skin. “I would fucking love that,” he said before biting into my flesh.

I screamed, sagging against him. The wetness in between my thighs thickened, and when I felt his fingers in between my folds, I parted my legs further, letting those persistent fingers probe into me as deep as they could go.

“Drake,” I groaned, needing him and yet hating how little power I had when it came to rejecting his advances.
